Delivery
Delivery is executed free of charge.
If the order contains bulky goods (lighting pieces, furniture, etc), our customer care team will contact you for further details and possible delivery costs.
The following delivery methods are offered:
- Currier delivery in Kyiv by Nova Poshta
- Delivery by Nova Poshta within Ukraine
- Delivery to Nova Poshta branch within Ukraine
- Personal pick-up at one of VILLA stores in Kyiv and Odesa.
Currier delivery in Kyiv
Currier delivery in Kyiv is arranged free of charge and is executed in a 24-hour period from the confirmation and payment for your order.
Delivery by Nova Poshta within Ukraine
Delivery within Ukraine is free of charge and is managed by Nova Poshta logistic company during a 48-hour period from the confirmation and payment for your order.
Please, note that we do not deliver orders to Crimea and parts of Donetsk and Luhansk regions that are not under control of Ukrainian government.
Delivery to Nova Poshta branch
To receive your order at one of Nova Poshta branches, just make a note of the preffered city and number of the branch at order placement. The order is sent after full prepayment, and is kept at the destination branch for 5 working days only. To receive the order you would need a valid id document and a waybill number that will be provided to you by email after the order is dispatched.

After the order is confirmed our customer care team provides the address of VILLA store in which you can pick up your order:
