Returns & Exchange
If by any reason you wish to return or exchange the items, you have the right to do so during 14 days from the date of purchase.
Please, note that to arrange exchange, first you need to make a return.
How to make a return:
To make a return you need to fill out the returns form, add the purchase bill and a copy of the valid id document and provide all this together with the item returnable.
Your refund will be credited to the original payment method.
Requirements for the items to be returned
Kindly make sure the items are returned unused, undamaged in original packaging, with all the tags still attached. Please note that certain items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable according to law: bedlinen, bathrobes, towels, duvets, pillows, candles and home fragrance.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you
Exchange and returns executed in Kyiv
To process return or exchange of goods purchased in Kyiv please contact our customer care team on (067)299 90 20. This can be arranged in VILLA store located on Moskovska st., 37/2.
Exchange and returns within Ukraine
You can process the returns by calling a logistic company currier or in the nearest logistic company branch. Please contact us on (067)299 90 20 to receive all relevant returns documents.
Please also note that return or exchange logistics is paid by the customer.
If you wish to make an exchange, our customer care representative will reserve desired item for you if it is in stock.
