Why do I need to set up an account?

Setting up an account allows to join VILLA loyalty program, track your shopping history, manage your wishlist and shop quicker: once saved, the data will be shown automatically with your next purchases. Registration also enables to receive information on new entries, special offers, sale, etc…

How do I set up an account?

To set up an account, click on “Register” button in the upper right corner, fill out the registration form, give your consent to Terms & Conditions, and finalize the process by following the link, sent via email.

Is my personal information kept private?

Yes, we take data protection seriously, and your information will only be used to provide the highest level of service and won’t be shared with third parties.

How do I make a purchase?

Once you are sure about the product chosen, click on the “ADD TO SHOPPING BAG” button on the product page. To complete the purchase, please fill out personal data, choose the method of payment and delivery. Our manager will contact you to check on extra details and confirm the order.

Can I change or cancel the order once it has been placed?

Before your order has been packed for dispatch we can cancel it, change the size of any item or its quantity. However, we are unable to add pieces to existing order once it has been placed.

If you need to make any amendment to your order, please contact our customer care on (067)299 90 20, and we will do that for you. If you have already paid for it by bank card, the money will be refunded within the time depending on the policy of the Bank-issuer.

How do I return or exchange the item?

You have 14 days to decide whether to keep the items or to exchange the item(s) purchased. If you return or exchange any of the goods purchased please, make sure the items are returned unused in original packaging, with all the tags still attached. Please note that certain items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable according to law; they are enlisted in “Exchange and Return” section of the site.

How do you deliver the orders?

Delivery in Kyiv is executed by the currier. Delivery within Ukraine is managed by NOVA POSHTA logistic company. For further details please visit “Delivery” section of the site.

How long does delivery take and how much will it cost?

Our delivery time starts from the moment the order is confirmed and includes a 24-hour period to deliver in Kyiv, and a 48-hour period to deliver within Ukraine.

Please note delivery may take longer during our sale periods.

Delivery is executed free of charge.

If the order contains bulky goods (lighting pieces, furniture, etc), our customer care team will contact you for further details and possible delivery costs.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash and card in one of VILLA stores;
  • Bank card online (Visa, Mastercard);
  • Bank transfer.

All online payments are processed through a secure checkout system provided by FONDY.UA.
