Loyalty Program
VILLA loyalty program is a discount-accumulative system that enables its members to receive certain discounts and take part in special offers after registration and obtaining a membership card. After registration or obtaining a membership card, all the purchases are stored in our database during the whole period of membership. Size of the discount depends on the amount you spend at VILLA – both in-store and online.
To join the loyalty program you have to make a purchase – in-store or online, and fill out the registration form.
Once the volume of your purchases reaches the amount of 30 000.00 uah, or your first purchase is 30 000.00 uah or more, you are entitled to receive a membership card with respective discount in accordance with below table of discounts.
If you already are a member of VILLA loyalty program and make your first order online, please, register online, choose the product you wish to purchase, finalize the order. After that our customer care team will verify you as a loyal customer and apply your discount to your order.
Discount is accumulative. Once a certain amount of purchases is reached, discount increases automatically. Maximum amount of the discount is 15%.

Discount is not applied on the following brands – Dr. Vranjes, Baobab, True Grace, and is not active during Sale and Special Offers. However, the amounts of such purchases are added on the customer’s account and are accumulated to reach the next level.
The size of the discount at the moment of purchase depends on the accumulated amount of previous orders.
If the order is cancelled or amended, the amount earned with such order is deducted/corrected respectively.
Membership card is personalized; its holder is solely entitled to receive the discount.
Expiry period of the Loyalty program/membership card is unlimited.
Membership card of the loyalty program is the property of VILLA.
Only those who are 18 years of age or older can join the Loyalty program.
VILLA is entitled to change the conditions of its loyalty program any time without prior notice to its members.
By joining the loyal program, its members agree to conditions and rules stated in this section.
